Bareboat
You skipper the yacht yourself. For crews with a recognised sailing licence and the experience to handle a yacht in Greek waters.
Skippered
A professional skipper sails the yacht and you join in as much as you like. No licence or experience needed.

Our yachts are based at Alimos Marina — Kalamaki to many Athenians — on the city's southern coast, under an hour from the airport, with two very different cruising grounds on the doorstep.
Saronic Gulf
Sheltered water and short passages: Aegina is about 16 nautical miles away, with Poros, Hydra and Spetses further south-west. The gentlest start for first-timers and families, and less exposed to the summer meltemi.
Cyclades
Kea is about 35–40 nautical miles away, round Cape Sounion, with Kythnos, Serifos and Sifnos beyond. Longer, more open passages and, in July and August, the strong northerly meltemi — for experienced crews, or with a skipper.

What a week costs
Prices are for the whole yacht, per week, Saturday to Saturday, and follow the season. This season's weekly price for each of our yachts:

Questions we are often asked
- Do I need a sailing licence?
- Only to skipper the yacht yourself on a bareboat charter. With one of our skippers aboard, nobody in your group needs a licence or any sailing experience.
- How much does a skipper cost?
- €190 per night, on top of the yacht's weekly price. It is customary for the group to cover the skipper's meals.
- When is the best time to sail in Greece?
- May, June and September: warm sea, steady breezes and quieter harbours. July and August are the busiest months and bring the strong meltemi wind to the Cyclades.
- How do we get from Athens airport to Alimos Marina?
- By taxi, usually 40–60 minutes depending on traffic, or on the X96 express bus, which runs along the coast road past Alimos.
- Catamaran or monohull?
- A catamaran sails almost flat and has more space — the choice of many families and groups. A monohull sails closer to the wind and costs less per week.
